When is email support available?

Will Upcycle run on my computer?
Mac: macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later, Apple Silicon (M1–M5) only — no Intel. To check, open the Apple menu → About This Mac. If it says "Chip: Apple M…", you're good. If it says "Processor: Intel", Upcycle won't run on that Mac.
Windows: Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit (x64).

Mac says the app is not supported or won't open
This almost always means an Intel Mac or a macOS version older than 14. Check About This Mac (see above).
If your Mac meets the requirements and it still won't open, email us your Mac model, macOS version and a screenshot of the error.
Windows shows "Windows protected your PC"
Upcycle is signed, but Windows shows this for newer apps while they build a reputation. Click More info, then Run anyway.
I lost my licence file or my download link stopped working
Go to the Upcycle download page and enter your licence key (it starts with ARIA-). You'll get your licence file and both the Mac and Windows installers, any time.
I bought Upcycle but never got the email
Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from noreply@arialabs.io. If it's not there, you may have mistyped your email at checkout. Email us the name on the order and the address you meant to use, and we'll resend it.
How do I load my licence?
Open Upcycle and load the .upcyclekey file from your email or the download page. It works the same on Mac and Windows, works offline, and one licence covers up to 10 computers, Mac or Windows.
Does Upcycle use AI?
No. Upcycle uses no AI in any way — no generative AI output, no AI analysis, no AI audio manipulation. The time-stretching and pitch-shifting work like they do in a DAW, using traditional DSP. Every sound you hear comes from your own samples.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days of purchase. Email us with your order email and we'll take care of it.
